The Consortium for Applied Microbial Metrics (CAMM) is an academic translational network pioneering new solutions to improve and accelerate antibiotic evaluation.  We develop and apply practical molecular pharmacodynamic markers in bacterial disease.  Our tools apply novel pathogen RNA analysis methods to elucidate the impact of drugs and combination regimens on the cellular processes of bacterial populations.

CAMM’s preeminent academic scientists lead coordinated studies across the translational spectrum, including workstreams focused on microbial physiology, animal models, human trials, immunology and knowledge integration.
