About this Project and Website
The Mtb Amplicon RNA-sequencing (MARS) assay is a targeted, highly sensitive, pathogen-specific sequencing method for quantifying M. tuberculosis (Mtb) transcriptome. MARS is designed to amplify Mtb signal in biological specimens with an overwhelming eukaryotic background. In this project, we demonstrate the utility of MARS in mice treated for two or four weeks with the global standard combination regimen (isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol [HRZE]). The two tabs featured in the shiny app below: (1) generate heatmaps for subcategories and (2) calculate differential expression and allow downloads of data.
